Growing Australian Financial Planning practice is looking for an administration Support for busy and fast paced environment.
We have a friendly and supportive team culture.

We appreciate those who can work autonomously and are well organised and can be quick to respond to requirements, as it gets busy and fast paced.

You will need to have experience in the following:
- A good knowledge of Xplan
- Using Xplan tasks/threads
- Xplan wealth solver
- Xplan risk researcher - Insurance Quotes
Great communication skills:
- Keeping clients up to date during the implementation phase
- responding to clients questions
- drafting emails to provide clients with what they need
Good knowledge of Super /Insurance / client review processes
- Preparing forms for Lodgement
- Follow-ups
- Preparing client review packs
- Email and Calendar Management
- Preparing and sending FDS and Opt-Ins
- compliance checklists
Good with technology:
- Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Onenote,)
- Dropbox (cloud software)
- lastpass (password software)

You will need a reliable computer and internet access.
You’ll need a good attitude and to be proactive and well organised and a fast worker.
