Customer Service Assistant

Responsible for customer orders and ensure the completeness of required documentation and approvals.
Handles customers inquiries and respond to it promptly.
Handle complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
Experience in order processing and delivery processing.
Filing of sales order forms/invoices and work with Finance for the month end closing.
Ship confirmation for sales order.
Monitor and maintain product price list.

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree.
at least 1 yr working experience in order processing and customer service.
Proficient in MS Office.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Team Player and a can-do attitude
