Online Research and Sales Lead lists

I have a process that I follow for generating relevant leads lists, which requires searching across a few sites to generate a list of contacts and emails that can be submitted into a CRM platform where an email is sent to the lead. I would like someone to to take over this process, but ideally would like someone with drip campaign experience.
