***Looking for a Digital /SEM/Social Marketing Wizard who wants great working conditions and PH Timezone friendly!***

Hi Future Team,
My name is Jimmy and I'm looking for a future superstar who is willing to grow with my business. I currently work full time and need help in reaching my goals, I am Australian and proudly part Filipino.

If you want to work with a boss who will not berate you and try and build you up and open to ideas of how to do things better then please consider me as i pride myself on how i treat my staff :)

The Job is AWST time so we will be in the same timezone

Now to the Job :
- while I'm still working out a few details what I feel what i need is a Digital Marketer All Rounder

-Develop our digital marketing strategy
- Create and manage Google ad campaigns for our various ecommerce stores and lead gen sites
- Create and manage the facebook/instagram campaigns for our various ecommerce stores and lead gen sites
-Reach out to influencers and create campaigns with them
-Run our email marketing campaign and design our funnels for our various sites
- Any other ideas you may suggest because you will be thinking outside the box and autonomously

Someone who has proven graphic design experience with the above will be highly considered

Someone who has proven SEO Experience with the above will be highly considered

What I need from you
- First and foremost I really would like someone who can bring something to the table, obviously, this area is not my expertise (but have cursory knowledge) and I want someone who will not only contribute but have the strength to advise and question the status quo when required.

- I need someone who is always going to have the teams best interest at heart, someone who i can trust and is always looking for opportunities to improve the bottom line

- Obviously grammatically correct written English is big plus, fluent spoken English would be nice but its more if you can understand me and my instructions as i have a thick Australian accent.

- Someone who is not a robot and is willing to have a bit of fun now and again, someone who is willing to take a joke and is a nice person in general.

- Someone who can provide samples of there various SEM and social Ads. i happy to have someone who is self-starting and is willing to learn the role off there own back too.

- Someone who has worked within project timeframes before.

- Someone who is willing to get there hands dirty and not be afraid to do the work (
