Streamline Properties are an investment and property management business based in Bristol. We are passionate about all aspects related to property and pride our selves on delivering value and quality of service to our clients be it, investors, landlords or tenants.

Our company’s portfolio and customer base is growing fast. We have currently offering a position for someone who is as enthusiastic as us about property, customer service and looks forward to the challenge of growing a business in a competitive environment.

We are looking for a VA who is going to help manage our marketing campaign, driving leads and turning them into clients. Part of our strategy involves replacing our existing website and linking it to various social media accounts to ensure we have a strong online presence. Other forms of marketing we want to implement are leaflets, letters and direct mail.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate good use of english (writer and spoken), have some experience in working in the property industry, preferably in the UK. A real plus would be someone with skills in web development and social media account management.

As we are a small organisation we are looking for people who are flexible in terms of the work they are willing to do. Some days the work may be more admin based for example.
