Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist

We are looking to fill a role for part-time CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) Specialist.

We are a digital publishing company producing Personal Development products on Clickbank. Our main customers are based in the US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

The role requires to split testing to raise conversions on several existing funnels (sales funnels, landing pages, websites and more).

This is a part-time role but can transition into a full-time role based on needs.

We are looking for highly qualified candidates who have experience and characteristics below.

1. You enjoy testing and learning about funnels and conversions
2. You have experience running split tests and understand how to calculate and find winners on statistical significance
3. You've used various split testing and conversion optimization tools
4. You enjoy following the process under a structured environment
5. Your strength lies in reporting and your analytical skills set you apart from your peers
6. You have tested VSL's, Sales Pages, Upsell pages and Funnels and have experience raising conversions.

Job Description:
- Split testing ideas to be proposed and scheduled weekly.
- Research to find more split test ideas and work towards increasing conversion for sales pages, landing pages and websites
- Creating, documenting and updating results.
- Any other marketing and sales ad-hoc tasks.
