Transcribe Information from a Video to a Text Form and Submit Completed Forms to Dropbox

Must be able to read and write English.

The task is as follows:
1) Watch a 4 Minute Video file saved on Google Drive. You will transcribe writing that appears in the video, so you will not be able to copy & paste it and use a translation software
2) Complete a 1 page form using the information in the video and provided notes
3) Send completed form signature
4) Once a week, submit all signed forms and videos to a dropbox link.

Currently expect about 1-2 hours of work per week on two separate days
