Duties


Trains, develops and motivates supervisors and culinary staff.
Teaches the preparation of the kitchen.
Displaying a positive work environment.
Provides guidance and monitoring performance.
Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills.
Financial
Provides and supports ---------- legates as appropriate
Staff
Determines how food should be presented.
Recognize superior quality products, presentations and flavors.
Ensures all equipment in the kitchen.
Coordinates with the purchase department.
Ensure all products are prepared in a consistent manner.
Discuss daily food cost with F & B team members.
Review weekly and monthly.
Identify the development staff and provide coaching.
