real estate virtual assistant

virtual assistant to take inbound/outbound calls for buying homes. scripts and lists will be provided. bonuses given for each lead that closes. Looking for experienced cold callers that are also computer savvy. I am only interested i n those who can commit for long time employment. Only have to work Mon- Friday. May request some Saturdays and will pay an extra dollar depending on performance. Work form home job and must be able to speak English well and have positive demeanor and attitude at all times. All calls will be monitored and recorded at all times. Bonuses will be given upon closing on each home.
