Looking for a professional in creating a Mobile Website for HTML 5 Games

I am looking for someone to design me this mobile site: playstar.mobi which is a responsive theme. It doesn't look to be wordpress, so please examine it and let me know if you can do it (Front-end and back-end) design. There are also html 5 games in there, which I will provide you the code to input, maybe I will have 10 games to start. I want to have the ability to add more games, or remove on the cms back-end (wordpress?) Basically the skeleton of this site should be the same, but the look absolutely different. I will give you the front-end design idea. There's also some ad lots there I'd like the same so I can replace the ads myself.
