Wedding Planner/Customer Service

We are a wedding service provider in the US. We are looking to hire an event planner and customer service representative. Must have excellent written English. Responsibilities are reaching out to our clients and assisting them in planning their wedding with us. You must have good knowledge of american weddings and the customs at each wedding. You will be assisting our clients with their pre and post wedding questions. Before the wedding you'll help them with song selections, start/end times, and create a timeline for the day. After the wedding you'll assist them with choosing photos for their wedding albums, and selling other items. Please provide your experience with event planning and american/christian weddings.

We require a full time commitment from our team members and require that we are the only employer. We will utilize time tracking software to monitor our teams productivity. While we are not always busy enough to keep you busy our assignments are time sensitive and require immediate availability.
