Training provided to a VA for a Growing Amazon FBA Business!

Duties and responsibilities

• Executing many tasks relating to selling on ---------- , including product research, sourcing, listing, promotions, customer service. Training will be provided.

• Assisting with online marketing and social media

• Assisting and establishing systems to dramatically scale business, including writing standard operating procedures, establish performance targets, research and implementing software.

• Participate in hiring new team members with a variety of different skillsets to compliment the team.

• Serve and communicate with team members, ensuring they have everything they need to perform their job effectively. This will include keeping good and open communication and promoting a feeling of belonging to a team, despite the challenges of working remotely

• Continue to stay informed on the latest techniques and strategies to help the business perform at a high level and stay relevant, as well as keeping up on Amazon's guidelines and terms of service. Training and tools will be provided

• Daily report of time spent on different projects, questions, suggestions, and reminders.

• Help Owner with special needs including a variety of tasks:
- Keeping Organized
- Reading-intensive tasks
- Helping to ensure important deadlines are met
- Schedule planning
- Research

Skills and experience

Required skills:

- Excellent English speaking and writing
- Excellent communication Skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Able to learn new tasks and skills
- Typing speed  = 40 wpm

No special experience needed, but the following are appreciated:

- Amazon FBA experience
- Basic graphic design and image editing
- Social media marketing
- Content creation
- Website development
- Office management

Desired qualities:

-Good at anticipating needs
- Able to work both independently and part of a team
- Accessible and Friendly
- Can freely express if task not understood, or do not possess the necessary skills or knowledge
