Programmatic Trader - WFH - FT - Australian company with 12 staff inc 5 Filipinos

We're an independent digital media buying business who has operated in Australia since 2013 and has employed staff full time in the Philippines since 2017. We now have 12 staff.

This role is to replace one of our Programmatic Traders who is going back to the agency world in Manilla. We're keen to replace her (or at least try to!) with someone who would find a WFH FT opportunity (with a credible company, in a challenging role) really personally fulfilling. In this role you will be buying across both DV360 and TheTradeDesk. You'll delve into Australian SSP's and deal directly with media owners and DSP reps to set up deals. You'll have access to experienced colleagues including another Trader (also in Ph) and a Head of Trading and a GM. But you trade your own clients' campaigns. We're broadening this role to also soon trade over FB, Native, etc as well as we believe that 1 trader across a whole client campaign is better than multiple platform specialist traders.

To start with, you need to bring 2+ years as a DV360 and/or TTD Trader. We manage all our internal communications and processes in the GSuite of products and a highly customised Podo project management tool.

We are looking for someone to start immediately, though if you are the perfect candidate and have to give notice in your current role, we would wait.

This role is full time AU or PH hours. You are full time with us. You'll join our team of 5 who are based in Manilla. They all work from their homes though happen to live nearby. We are professional in our approach and expectations, but we are casual in our internal communications. MMTD is rebranding within the month and will be moving to a higher level of brand based on the higher level of customers we have seen come on board lately.

Some of our existing staff are ex Sparc, AdSpark, UM, Google.

A screening process will occur next week, and a face to face interview in Makati with the business owner from Australia, on w/c 27th May.

Salary is indicative of this mid-level Trader role and takes into account the many financial savings in WFH.
