Senior Sales Person

The American Real Estate market is at a 40 year investment high and the Friendly Home Investors are looking for several highly experienced sales persons to join our team!

This job has unlimited income potential with a commission only pay scale so the right people will become very wealthy working for our company.

PAY:
$500 USD EVERY DEAL NO UPPER LIMIT

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The perfect people will be trained to handle the acquisition of new contracts and the assignment of contracts to investors. Every deal pays on close, no hourly wage. You will be advertising to attract distressed home sellers to negotiate a reasonable price of sale for the property and then marketing it to investors for a quick cash sale.

REQUIREMENTS:

We will provide expert training and require a monthly quota after training of 1 deal a month scaling up to 5 deals a month. You will be working directly with an owner of the company looking to fast track motivated, competent employees to the top of their areas income bracket.

You must be a highly motivated self starter capable of learning and implementing new things quickly. You will be taught to market, negotiate, and arrange contract signings both to acquire and to assign properties.

You must have the following:
Proof of solid and speedy internet service
Exceptional written and spoken English skills
5+ years in sales either over the phone or online
a bachelors degree
3 professional references
The ability to survive on your own financially until you close your first deal.
