Customer Service Rep *ONLINE*

We are a subscription based eCommerce store located in Arizona selling women's eyelash extensions. We are looking to hire an expert customer service representative with over 2+ years of email customer support. This job will be on-going & may require you to work along side other professionals as needed.

You must be familiar with:

•Shopify
•Alibaba
•ClickFunnels
•ReCharge App
•Slack

Task:
•Responding to customer inquires via email (FAQs, Shipping, Returns, Cancelations & Complaints).
•Organizing customer inquires on a reporting sheet (Google Sheets)
•Order tracking, disputes, cancelations, ect.

Required:
•Be available a minimum of 40 hours a week.
•Provide a photo of your home/office work space.
•Complete an assigned grammer test.
•Pass an internet speed test.
•Speak & type fluent English.
•Be available for Skype calls 1-2 times per week to provide updates.
