Job Description
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely. As a Virtual Assistant you will perform various tasks such as; respond to emails and phone calls, scheduling appointments, making outbound/inbound calls, manage a contact list, organize manager and keeping records.
We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills with a very Friendly and upbeat personality. This position will entail calling home owners to see if they are interested in selling their properties/Homes. You will be responsible for asking them a few questions and documenting the information in our CRM (Podio) and reporting back to me. (Training will be provided)

THIS IS NOT THE TYPICAL "CALL CENTER" JOB, Where you will be having robotic like conversations with people. We encourage friendly conversations over the phone using a very friendly like voice tone. while prospecting.
For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like mojo and dail pad
Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimal supervision.

REQUIRMENTS
? Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, good at making both inbound and outbound calls
? Atleast with a High School diploma
? Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP
? Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
? Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
? Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
? Must be comfortable talking to random people on the phone and engaging in friendly conversations.
? Must be comfortable with rejection on a daily basis.
? Must have a desktop or laptop with high speed internet.
? Must be able to work remotely with supervision in a quiet location.
? Must be tech savvy. Must know how to use a smart phone, google, and other web based applications that we use. (training provided)
? Must be able to type notes while on the phone with prospects following our process

? High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
? Must be able to Prescreen calls, Running comparison market analysis ( training provided)
? Generating leads and good at Pre-negotiation
