JOB OVERVIEW:
Based in USA, we are looking for a professional accountant/bookkeeper to join our team!
We are looking for someone who is proficient with Quickbooks Online, Inventory tracking software and Amazon Seller Central.
YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH ACCOUNTING FOR AN ONLINE BUSINESS TO BE ELIGIBLE!
Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting/Finance is required. (CPA & Postgraduate Degree is advantageous!)
- QuickBooks knowledge is a MUST
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, tables)
- Exceptional, Professional Communication Skills both written & verbal (English)
- Ability to self-manage, self-motivate and be accountable for assignments and related deadline.
- Experienced in creating financial reports.
- Highly analytical and detailed oriented.
Experience:
Must have:
- Minimum 3 years working experience with Quickbooks
- Minimum 3 years experience in bookkeeping
Good to have:
- Accounting experience for a company based in USA
- Amazon marketplace experience
Working hours: 9am EST - 5pm EST (Part time)
