JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a talented Web Developer/Designer to create amazing desktop and mobile user experiences. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful web design, and be able to work within existing brand guidelines. Superior UI/UX skills that are current with the latest web design and development trends Upgrade to see actual infole-first design experience a plus. The ideal candidate would also have knowledge of onsite SEO, lead conversion, and keep up with the latest web design trends.

Successful candidates will be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts. And they will be able to transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs.

Responsibilities
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off.
• Conceptualize original site design ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex roadblocks
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas
• Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level companies
• Create PSDs for visual layout of web pages and convert each design into HTML and CSS
• Adhere to agreed-upon delivery schedules
• Effectively communicate and work closely with internal clients and team members throughout all stages of design
• Established knowledge of back-end and front-end development
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
• Spearhead continued research on web design trends, tools and standards, the capabilities of browsers and devices, and their design constraints on the web, graphics optimization, usability factors, and navigation standards REQUIREMENTS
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
• Ability to research the tools available within the web development software and make suggestions on how best to use them for our clients
• Ability to come up with creative solutions and designs using existing technology in out of the box ways
• Good understanding of content management systems
• Good understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles
• Knowledge of content marketing a plus
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies
• Ability to work with a variety of individuals and present creative, fresh ideas
• Strong communication and team-playing skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
