JOB OVERVIEW

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or Information Technology or equivalent
• Required language(s): English
• At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the Healthcare industry with background in business process and system implementation
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft office, People Management, Project management, Negotiation, Relationship Management, Problem Solving, Advanced Level Verbal and Written Communication
• Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in software systems (Business process, project management) specifically applied in the Healthcare indusctry
• The primary role of this position is to handle the day to day operational management of the client stream to ensure operational alignment between Systems, Clients and Business:
• in terms of standards, processes and related documentation
• client implementations
• client production environment stability
• The Operational Account Manager is the Subject Matter Expert in their area and is responsible for aligning projects initiated by business to conform to existing processes and standards. Overall operational efficiency within their area is a key deliverable

To drive and manage projects, implementations, change requests and enhancements within their area.
• To contribute operationally and technically to all projects that have any bearing on their area to ensure such projects are aligned to existing processes and standards.
• To link Business and Development department, by understanding customer requirements and requests.
• To monitor performance to ensure trends are identified, corrective action is taken and reported on.
• To monitor and manage operational efficiency and production stability both locally and internationally, and keep stakeholders updated and informed.
• To ensure that all changes, enhancements and deletions are acceptable and do not have an adverse effect on the project and client.
• To drive sign-off of customer documents both internally and externally and manage storage of such documents for future reference.
• Prepare and update documentation and reports to provide visibility to all stakeholders on projects and operational functions.
• Assist with testing where required and manage internal client operational outputs in given time frames.
• To proactively identify any failures that might impact implementations and production pre-emptively and notify all stakeholders.
