SALES AND MARKETING SPECIALIST

An established Human Resources consulting company based in Singapore, seeking looking for a qualified Sales Support & Marketing specialist to join our dynamic team. The role is to be based in Philippines (Home based)

The Role
Promote awareness/branding of the organisation through publishing articles. Develop marketing tools such as CRM / Corporate Websites / Social Media/podcasts, etc to reach out to new and potential customers and leads.
Render customer service support by engaging with customers to promote the Company services and generate new sales leads
Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and referrals. Collaborate with sales team to achieve sales targets
Assist to formulate contracts and engage customers in contract negotiations and provide good after-sales service to ensure customers’ satisfaction
Ensure compliance with regulator such as Ministry of Manpower relating to our services.

Job Requirement
Able to work independently and be creative in developing solutions.
With 1 to 3 years of working experience in marketing.
Proficient in MS Office.
Possess excellent written and communication skills.
Strong business acumen and commercially minded.
Must have a good Diploma/Degree in business/marketing/sales.
Relevant knowledge and experience in recruitment is an advantage
