Looking for experienced Cold Caller for Real Estate Business

Hello, I'm looking for a freelancer that has some experience with cold calling perspective seller leads and inputting them into a podio crm for my real estate business. This job requires 4 hrs/day Monday thru Friday 4pm to 8pm est. or possibly full time Mon through Friday.
Must be able to speak English well and have good data entry skills.
