Online Search and CSV data entry

I need to build a list of different health professionals.
On the spreadsheet: the company or individual name, address, phone number, and email address entered in Excel and saved as CSV file.
I will provide the kind of professionals I am interested in after the job acceptance.

I am expecting to get 480-500 prospects on the list in 16 hours.
