We are looking for a well-qualified marketing and tech-savvy Webinar Presenter who will work with a successful and growing team to help achieve whole new levels of success.
We are looking for the following capabilities:
Soft Skills:
• Excellent Command of the English Language (both Oral [neutral accent] and Written)
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Courteous, professional and persistent
• Problem solving skills
• A team player but can also work with minimal supervision
• Tech-savvy
• Prior marketing-related, oral presentation experience an advantage
• Drive to succeed and grow with the company
• The ability to learn quickly and thoroughly
• The ability to jive well with different types of people and professional background
• Can work well independently or with a team
• The ability to work well under pressure
• Highly dependable and organized
Technical Skills:
• Strong technical mindedness and know-how
• Must be able to demonstrate/ install new software products. This may be desktop software, a website plugin,etc.
• In-depth knowledge in computer applications
• Must be superb in creating tutorial videos or documents
• Must be able to take outline of an idea and create a compelling story out of it. Previous experience preferred.
• Some idea of Wordpress platform, and software is important
• Must know enough about various social media and other marketing platforms (behind-the-scenes/ back-end support)
• Must provide daily report on progress
• Must be willing to use a Project Management systems such as Microsoft Project or Asana.
• Must be able to prepare clear and comprehensive reports
• Idea generation and weekly business process reporting
• Background of industry and technology best practices
• Can easily communicate with internal and external clients verbally or in writing
• Understanding of Facebook Marketing, as well as existing and new technologies that support it will be an advantage
Responsibilities:
• Learn how the technology behind a product works
• Identify and present unique selling points of a product in a compelling manner
• Be able to deliver a lively and informative webinar presentation to multiple and diverse audiences
• Can quickly process, test and demonstrate product functionalities
• Will use skills and available resources to sell products
• Must answer customer’s questions about the product during live webinar sessions
• Coordinate with support team to help build product information that will be provided to the customers
• Conduct quality control of webinar presentations
• Software, hardware and technological integration, project delivery and troubleshooting
• Providing project status update reports
• Documentation of project processes
Other responsibilities will be discussed during the interview.
Important Requirements:
• At least 2 years’ experience in online sales and marketing, Facebook marketing experience a definite plus
• Excellent network connectivity
• Working with Windows OS (No Mac please)
• A dependable operating system that can support multi-tasking, as well as new software and hardware installations
• Immediate response to incoming communications such as email
• Willing to work extra hours
