Shopify: Product Shipping

I am looking for someone who is highly experienced in doing product shipping for shopify dropshipping. This would include doing the weight, knowing about standard shipping, express shipping, changing those prices, epacket, shipping from china/ usa along with methods such as free standard shipping.
