Wordpress webmaster EXPERT with experience

Hello,

I run an American internet marketing business that does both online marketing (AdSense and Affiliate Marketing) and works with offline clients to help them grow their businesses using the internet.

I am looking for an EXPERIENCED person to join our growing team immediately.

The person that I am looking for will preferably have a 4 year college degree in Computer Science or something relevant, and have working experience with a few different companies where they have worked virtually for 30+ hours a week.

I need someone who is experienced, knowledgable and who can take a project and manage it on their own, while asking questions and doing great work.

In this role, English is extremely important. This person should have a near-native level in English, in both speaking and written communication. They will be required to speak English over the phone and Skype.

This person must be EXCELLENT with Wordpress and have the following skills :

- Installing WP from scratch
- Optimizing WP blogs (understanding and installing plug-ins)
- Finding + Installing WP Themes + Customization
- Creating + Managing WP Posts and Pages (data entry, design, layout)
- WP Backups/restore
- Custom HTML/CSS coding from scratch

In addition to Wordpress this person must know :

- FTP. Be able to connection and do file transfer using FTP with 0 problems
- Google Analytics (AdSense + AdWords is a bonus). I need this person to be able to monitor traffic and give reports.


It is extremely beneficial if this person also has experience and skill with :

- Email autoresponders (Aweber, etc...)
- Photoshop
- SEO fundamentals
- Link building
- Article writing
- Slide show video creation
- Keyword research
- Traffic Geyser


This person must be able to follow instructions with attention to detail, but also have their own ideas and suggestions. I do not want someone that I must micro-manage, but a person who is motivated to have a long-term job and build a good career.

This will start out 30-40 hours a week at 10000 PHP with bonus pay for great work.
