We are looking for a LEAD Real Estate Cold Caller to join our Real Estate Investing Company. The candidate must have past experience cold calling home owners in distressed situations so that we can offer them help. We live and work in our community and are committed to serve the people in it.

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Full time employment with BONUS $100-$200 per lead we close on
• Employment to begin on a 3 month trial basis with pay INCREASE to $3.00 per hour after 90 probationary period
• Long Term Employment relationships
• Overtime pay as required
• You will start on a single Mojo dialer with (85-100) calls per hour then move up to a 3 dialer (200) per hour after 30 days.
* Permanent Position depends on your work and lead generation*
If we close a deal on your lead, You get a BONUS!

QUALIFICATIONS
* You MUST speak English Clearly and Fluently
* Must be Excellent on the phone, polite and follow up on leads
* Reliable computer and Have a Skype account
* MUST have RELIABLE High-Speed internet connection (3mbps minimum) and headset
* MUST have experience with MOJO Dialer
* EXPERIENCE with Skip Tracing
