E- Commence Customer Service - Full Time

We are looking for an expert customer service representative with experience to working in E-Commerce Dropshipping store. When you apply include the word new and tell us about your previous customer service experience.

Requirements :

- Experience using zendesk.
- Experience using Shopify Dropshipping stores.
- Fluent English

Responsibilities :

- Respond to customer request on zendesk in perfect English.
- Respond to customer queries on Facebook Messenger and Outlook.
- Issue refund when required.
- Respond to all customer queries quickly and accurately
- Display a high level of professionalism at all times.

We need someone who can work full time.
Also you will be the one to lead the new employees and get work done.
