Dynamic & versatile personal assistant, social media master, technology wiz to oversee my professional & personal life

Looking for an EXCLUSIVE full time dynamic and versatile personal assistant to oversee my professional & personal life. I work 50% of my time from my home office in Lisbon and spend 50% of my time traveling internationally working with my business projects in the US, China, Europe and Brazil. I am Canadian single father with 3 young children living with me, one nanny, and a small home office with about 10 people actively working (mostly remotely) with my different projects. My other projects are spread across various cities in the world. My professional and personal lives have a lot of overlap. Therefore, your objective will be to manage my professional and personal life and to help make my days as efficient as possible whether I am here in Lisbon or traveling in another city. You would be dealing with all the administrative and logistics issues to make our home office and my full life run as smoothly as possible.

You would also help manage my dynamic work and personal schedule in Lisbon, Shanghai, and around the world and support me in an administrative manner. Finally, you would be my last point of defense to make my life run as smoothly as possible. If there is a personal, family, house, or work emergency, you will do whatever it takes to help me solve the problem proactively or reactively.

This job requires someone who is very detailed oriented, has a sense of urgency in completing tasks on schedule, who can delegate accordingly to multiple people, and who can effectively multitask and manage a team of people.

This is an ideal job for someone who is ambitious, versatile, and who wants to learn and grow professionally. Initially this job would be virtual assistant, but you should have the flexibility to move to Shanghai or Lisbon, Portugal (Europe) in the future after 6-12 months. You would also receive an additional stock bonus annually with shares in my portfolio of technology companies.

The ideal candidate is male or female, a near native level English speaker. If you speak either Spanish or Portuguese or another Roman language (French, Italian, Romanian) at a very high level, this is a big plus.

I am an international Internet entrepreneur/investor with a global reputation in the Internet industry. If you have an interest in learning and growing as a professional in this area, this would be a bonus for both of us.
