Sales Representative

*REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
-Male; 23 years old and above
-Gensan based
-Must be a graduate of any 4 year course preferably business-related; undergraduates are also encouraged to apply
-Previous experience in sales is an advantage
-Must possess driver’s license; knows how to drive motorcycle
-Familiar with Gensan – Polomolok area
-Knowledgeable in MS Office (MS Excel)
-With pleasing personality: presentable, professional, confident, assertive and highly-motivated
-With good communication skills; both written and oral

*ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
-Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned market segment to generate new business
-Keeps management informed by submitting reports such as: monthly sales report, weekly work plans etc.
-Meet monthly sales target -Resolves customer complaints and concerns by developing solutions

*SALARY & COMPENSATION: -Above minimum with allowance plus commission and incentives;
