2d animator/Editor

Looking for someone to do this type of video:

Mainly looking for a 2d animator or anyone who can draw in this style and then stich those illustrations together to form a full length video.

Other details:
- 1 video to be done every week
- Video length can vary but average is 8-15 minutes.
- Voice over is provided.
- A transitional whiteboard is mandatory.
