JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a talented 2D Animator to create high-quality scenes for a major YouTube documentary about the Fukushima disaster. We need a "Grown-up/Rough Watercolor" style with clear lines.

The Task (Test Assignment):
Scene: A Japanese classroom transitioning from peaceful sunshine to a violent earthquake/dark aftermath.
Duration: 15 seconds.
Structure: 7.5s peaceful (warm mood) -> Transition -> 7.5s dark aftermath (shattered glass, students ducking).
Specs: 5120 x 2880 pixels (5K).

Requirement: Idle/loopable animations for characters and environment to keep the scene "alive."

Long-term Opportunity:
This is a test task for the first of 7 complex scenes. If successful, you will be commissioned for the entire project and regular future collaborations throughout 2026.

Please include in your application:
Your fixed price or hourly rate for this 15s test scene.
Your estimated turnaround time.
