Responsibilities
? Offer utmost customer support to customers for a leading account
? Answer questions about products or the company
? Direct prospects to the sales team when needed
? Enter and update customer information in the database
? Take and process orders accurately
? Handle grievances to maintain company reputation
? Note useful information with respect to keeping records of calls and sales

Requirements
?Good English communication skills
?Vocational Course Graduate; or
?Senior High School Diploma
