Responsibilities:
?Offer utmost technical support to customers for a leading account
?Answer questions about products or the company
?Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
?Enter and update customer information in the database
?Take and process orders accurately
?Handle grievances to maintain company reputation
?Note useful information with respect to keeping records of calls and sales

Requirements
?Good spoken and written communication skills
?Excellent problem-solving skills
?Ability to perform as an individual as well as a part of a team
?Good goal and customer service-orientation
?Completed at least 72 units in College
