Operations Specialist (Healthcare Experience is a HUGE PLUS)

OpenMed is looking to hire 10 to 20 employees for the position of Operations Specialist. This is a startup company with tremendous potential for growth. We are looking to hire career minded individuals who are in for the long term.
OpenMed is a patient concierge booking tool, a multi-channel platform for patient management. Both patients and providers can use the platform for free. We help patients find and book appointments with any provider, without having to take time out of their busy day to call and book.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Place phone calls to clinics and medical facilities located in the US on behalf of patients, Open Med or their insurance company and schedule appointments with their provider of choice.
-Communicate on Slack daily with our team.
-Be available in FreshCaller to accept inbound calls.
-Update the information of the clinics/offices on our FreshSales platform.
-Commit to a specific schedule and inform your supervisor if you will not be available.
-Display an optimistic attitude and a high level of professionalism at all times.
-Be willing to have some fun.

Job Requirements:
-Quiet work space is a must.
-Must be fluent in English, speak clear and sound professional.
-Must have at least 6 months work experience as a customer service representative for a US account.
-Experience with Freshsales/Freshcaller CRM is an advantage but not a must, we will train you.
-Knowledge of the US healthcare system and calling clinics/hospitals in US is a plus.

Tech Requirements:
-Reliable internet connection with at least 10mpbs or more.
-Reliable computer/laptop with at least i5 and 4gb RAM or higher.
-Reliable headset with noise-cancelling feature.
