Real Estate Wholesaling Company Is Seeking A Skilled Acquisitions VA To Join Our Team ASAP!

We are a real estate investment/wholesaling company and we're looking for an experienced real estate virtual assistant to handle and manage phone calls/texts with motivated seller leads and manage CRM (will provide training).
Job Description:
- Taking inbound calls/texts, making outbound follow up calls/texts/emails, and prospecting by cold calling on a daily basis
- Must be available 10-20hrs/week
-Cold Calling leads for prospecting
-Taking inbound calls
-Pre-screen inbound leads
-Manage all leads inside CRM
-Handle all follow ups with leads
-Update all lead information.
-Handle all inbound and outbound calls to and from motivated seller leads using our phone system
-Schedule follow up dates for leads inside CRM

Skills required:
-Wholesaling experience a must
-Great English proficiency and most sound good on the phone.
- Must be great at building rapport and engaging with leads over the phone.
-You must be a great negotiator and have some real estate and customer service experience.
-You must thick skin and must handle rejection well.
-Must be familiar with lead management, lead tracking, data entry, and appointment scheduling. Some training will be provided if needed, but I would prefer that you already have some experience.
-Experience using the MOJO triple dialer.
-Punctual (Must be on time for scheduled shifts)
-Has Great Time Management
-Outstanding Organization Skills
-Has CRM experience. We use Pipe Drive and will train you, it is very easy to work with.
-Confident on the phone
-Has some phone sales experience
-Willingness to learn how our systems and processes work
-Ability to multitask
-Ability to do data entry while talking on the phone with leads


TOOLS NEEDED FOR POSITION:
-Reliable strong internet connection
-Reliable phone headset and microphone for phone communications
-Efficient desktop computer or laptop computer
-Computer desk
