Quality Control Officer?

Job Description

• Assist in the definition of scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Delegate tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
• Track performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments
• Supervises the implementation of quality management programs
• Conducts client visits and quality audits on site
• Conducts time and motion studies and implementation of proposed systems upgrades and changes
• Interpret and review drawings e.g. RCP, network plans, mechanical, structural, and architectural plans
• Coordinate with the system design team and technical management group regarding non-compliance issues
• Documents all QA findings, analyse possible root causes, develops a monitoring system, and formulate suggested corrective and preventive actions
• Ensure that checking is done on a timely manner to meet date of submissions
• Do consultative up selling

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Management
• Proven working experience in project management
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus
