Product Manager

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience leading or managing cross-functional hardware and/or software product development activities. Must be keen with details
• 5 years of experience leading agile work planning, feature prioritization, and cross-functional program management activities.
• Experience with product development in AV for hardware products.
• Excellent strategic skills around product prioritization, pricing, and supply chain strategy.

Job Description

• Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
• Responsible to promote brand to clients and sales team through creation of programs for buy-in/load in, incentive programs, bundles and training
• Manage strategic cross functional engagement activities across multiple teams.
• Establish operational models including training documentation, troubleshooting guides, deployment guidelines, etc.
• Manage in-life product performance: sales, margin and conducting extensive numerical analysis using company numerical data.
