Responsibilities of the role include:
Monitor Amazon account and ensure it is healthy.
Make sure customers and clients are satisfied with our service.
Help brands sell in the Amazon Platform or outside, ie Shopify or wherever we see
Monitor and Optimize Amazon Ads and make sure we are selling and stays in budget.
Skills and Requirements:
Highly interested in Amazon and Digital Marketing
Customer Service experience is essential but not required
Competitive in English Communication
Critical thinker and a strong decision maker
Fast-learner and has an excellent work ethics
Loves to troubleshoot stuff and a technical person
Highly trainable and open to working with a team
Qualifications:
Must be a college graduate, preferably with background or units in Marketing
With at least 2 years of experience in eCommerce and digital marketing
With customer service skills
Must have a good command on the English language
Trainable and fast-learner
