The Role
The Customer Happiness Engineer we'll, as it says will provide the utmost happiness and satisfaction possible for the clients/brands we handle. As an expert, you are expected to convey deeper knowledge and understanding of the products or services we offer to our customers.
Responsibilities of the role include:
Interact with customers via
Record customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints or comments as well as actions taken.
Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
Process transactions (if needed) and reply to inquiries about products and services.
Ensure no over 24 hours lapsed time before questions or
Respond to customer reviews and resolve negative feedback (may need to go beyond what is expected).
