We are looking for a dedicated all rounder Digital Marketing Guru who has experience in the fashion industry & is passionate about what they do!
We are looking for someone who wants to help expand our business and potentially become apart of our business family long term.
Skills required:

• Strong understanding of cross-media marketing and promotion
• Excellent English verbal, writing and editing skills

Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:
Marketing Manager
• Create a short & long term marketing strategy for the brand to implement
• Evaluate and oversee the implementation of all digital marketing strategies.
• Regularly monitor and implement changes to strategies if/when required
• Create monthly reports to analyze the performance of all digital marketing efforts, determine roadblocks and ineffective strategies, and set new goals.
• Advise of new techniques and strategies for consideration
Instagram &
Advertising
• Conduct market research to successfully target and segment the right audience through specific marketing narratives.
• Create campaigns with effective content to target both leads generation and client retention
• Effectively work with the design team to create effective paid ad campaigns (i.e. recommend visual content)
• Understand, implement and manage A/B split testing
• Marketing management and understand how to create a successful funnel
• Identify strengths and weaknesses through data analysis in order to determine an action plan to improve online presence and overall brand awareness.
• Create a monthly content calendar for social media that will drive web traffic and increase engagement
• Advise of new
Engagement
• Interact (commenting, responding to comments) on our social media platforms in a genuine manner
• Research and develop relationships with relevant influencers to amplify brand awareness in Instagram and
• Show consistent organic growth in followers & engagement on social media (no bots to be used)
Google Adwords & Shopify
• Set up Google Analytics for all various marketing channels i.e. social media, Shopify etc
• Stay up to date on the latest developments in SEO and search engine trends to ensure SEO strategy.
Keep evolving the organic search
• Use white hat techniques that have positive impacts on organic traffic and sales conversions
• Identify, evaluate and recommend new SEO opportunities and content strategies
Shopify
• Evaluate website’s SEO and implement changes where necessary (includes metalink, keywords etc)
