Looking for someone with experience with customer support and appointment setting. Must be fluent in both Spanish & English and have great communication skills. Must be able to work independently as well as be a teammate. Must be personable and have a positive attitude. Be hard-working, versatile and self-motivated. Must be focused, willing to learn, and detail oriented.
Task include but not limited to:
Qualifying Leads through phone,
Setting Showing Appointments
Managing calendar & showing schedule
Manage CRM Database
Helping develop and manage client follow-up system,
Filling out contracts in Docusing and sending to respecting parties sign them
Inputting listing into MLS
Assisting with marketing on Craigslist, social media and website/blog
Formatting marketing flyers and posters for listings on
Develop weekly and monthly market analysis
Prepare detailed analysis of real state acquisition deals
Perform extensive due diligence, research for asset acquisition and construction budget.
Edit, update & develop SOP’s when necessary

You will be trained in all these tasks. Looking for someone to initially start working about 10-15 hours a week and eventually will work full time. Shift will begin at 9am ET. Must be willing to work five out of seven days per week including Saturday (aprox. 2-3 hours per day in order to keep pace with fast turnovers). Stable and reliable internet connection. The initial budget for the position is $2.50/hr. Additionally, you will receive a $5.00 bonus for every transaction completed. My goal is to gradually increase your hours and bring you on board full time within the next 3-6 month. There will be a salary raise within 3 months dependent on performance.
