Order Processing for Direct Mail Business

Hello! We are a fast growing Direct Mail Marketing company that services Financial Advisors and insurance professionals specifically.
We are a fast pace tight niche group that truly believes in helping everybody grow together.

We are looking for a dedicated VA that can help us do the tasks involved with processing and completing an order which has several steps that are Crucial in being accurate:
MUST HAVES:
- A great attitude and willingness to work hard and complete tasks even if it means going beyond your scheduled hours! The want to grow with a team!
- Own Computer that works, with a backup in case goes wrong
- Fiberoptic Wifi.
- A quite place with no screaming kids in background to work.
- Be able to work american hours. 8:30 am eastern time to 5 or 6 pm eastern time.
- Must not have another Upgrade to see actual infon only be working for us. We want you fully dedicated.

Skills Needed:
- If you have experience in the DIRECT MAIL business you will have a higher chance of getting the job
- If you have experience with Upgrade to see actual info for data pulling that will be highly desirable for us.
- English must be nearly perfect. Need to have great emails and speaking ability
- Pulling List Counts and Making sure every detail is correct/accurate.
- Managing your own company email address and responding very quickly.
- Communicating through Slack
- Using a CRM each day.
- Be able to pickup the phone and be accessed at all times during work hours.
- Be able to build a relationship with Clients and sales people as you assist them in completing tasks
- Must not be afraid to pickup the phone and call us to ask questions.
- Be familiar with how the Direct Mail Business works and how important list counts are
- Follow a process and implement EXACT steps to get what we need done.
- Show up on time and be reliable.
- Markup PDF renderings that need to be edited to client specs.
- Complete tasks quickly and effectively.
