JOB OVERVIEW

I am currently looking for a creative Rock Star web designer to join our team. We currently service about 10 web designs a month. I am looking for someone who is fast, creative, and not afraid to communicate.

Let me tell you about our current process.

1. We have our clients complete a questionnaire.
2. We load that into our management systems.
3. Our goal is to have a homepage mockup by the next day.
4. We work on the home page until it is approved. The goal is to WOW our customer right away.
5. Once the home page is approved we will work on the additional pages.
6. When All designs are approved, we send them to our dev team who converts them.
7. You may need to do some minor design updates on the back end.

We use Skype to communicate and ---------- to manage our projects.

As our designer, you may also be responsible for helping with website related graphics. Examples would be social media profile graphics, simple ads, product mockups, and illustrations. We don't do these often though.

I really need someone who can knock out homepage designs fast and WOW our customers on the first try. I also need someone who is going to work a set schedule and be available to communicate with our team. I prefer someone who works during your day hours.

Salary is currently $500 USD a month but I am willing to pay higher for the right candidate.
