JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for seasoned eCommerce Customer service specialist to answer phone, email, and chat. Take customers' orders, returns, requests & warranty claims. Manage customer service cases. Coordinate drop ship orders with vendors. Administer Back-orders. Enter & report tracking info. Administer chargebacks. Mange Amazon Customer service messages and returns & claims. Manage and monitor customer service issues on merchant and product reviews, as well as social media. Must speak English well. Must be familiar with Netsuite Cloud ERP. Must be a problem solver!
