JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for a Customer Support and Supply Chain Coordinator. Should be available to 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM Monday-Friday. And also be willing to work weekends.

Job Responsibilities:
• Review or make changes to customer accounts
• Handle returns or complaints
• Review and select standard responses for answers or solutions
• Refer customers to supervisors, managers, or others who can help

Preferably with experienced (but not necessary) in:
• Customer Support
• Accounting

Experienced (but not necessary) in using:
• Zendesk
• Shopify
• Sharepoint
• Slack

A few necessary requirements:
• High-Speed Internet
• quiet room/space for work
• reliable
• willing to be trained
• with a good attitude
• can follow instructions
• excellent English Communication and Written skills
• own laptop or computer
