Our business has an established Magento 1.9 web store with a total of 10,000+ SKUs for about 4 years and needs to get up and running on 2x as soon as we can get it there. A new domain name and hosting will be used for the new site. After the new website has been running for a while and is stabilized, we will also migrate the data of the old website to this magento instance. Magento 2.3.1, premium theme and some extensions have already been installed on dev environment. Now we seek a qualified Magento freelancer/agency to begin.

We sell custom products and it is a B2B e-commerce website where shoppers can customize their products with their text, images/logos or from a list of options that we provide. The typical customer / user on this planned site who will be placing orders will be business customers / dropshippers, who may be buying in bulk. As such, the design, look and feel of the site will need to reflect this. In a typical B2C ecommerce site, the product price is usually fixed. But in our site, there is a moq for every product and the price will vary by customer group, order quantity and the options the customers select.

Being that the site will be built on the magento 2 platform, much of the required functionality will be native to the platform. In order not to impede on, or affect the maintainability and upgrade of the website, the core code of Magento should not be heavily customized (or should be carefully customized). We will buy some extensions that would fit in nicely with this niche site.

This is not a short-term job. Full-time work is required in the initial development phase which will last 2-3 months. After the project enter the maintenance period, the work-load is 20-50 hours a month.
