• Speak mistake-free English and have superior verbal and written communications skills

• A home computer system and reliable high-speed internet connection
• College graduate with a minimum of 5 years work experience (with at least 3 in Customer Support)
• Excellent computer skills and familiarity with common Internet software required
• Very DETAIL oriented and meticulous with the ability to work effectively, efficiently and reliably without direct monitoring
• Open to working on a wide variety of tasks.
• LinkedIn experience required
Proactive and upbeat people required to work in a virtual team environment.
Work Schedule will be early morning Philippine time (early afternoon US Pacific) Mon - Fri. Some flexibility overall but daily consistency required as you'll be working in a team environment where others need to know when you will be working.
Position will start off with full training on how to run a specific online software in conjunction with LinkedIn accounts. Once training is completed you will be gradually assigned clients to support on a daily basis.
Position may expand to include support of other departments and projects to full time status.
