Progammer for Web API

We are looking for someone who can create a Web API which can communicate with Bank API and our application.

We need someone with the following skills/knowledge/experience:
1. Experience in MCV skiy .Mad or PHP
2. Experience in Bank API Integration
3. Knowledgable with REST, Web Token
4. Familiar with Data Privacy Act

Experience in the banking industry is a must.
