HRIS Specialist
The role includes but not limited to:
• Performs administrative tasks in all HRIS modules as required.
Identifies opportunities to improve efficiencies in how each HRIS is used (including integration across the HRIS suite) and manages the implementation of agreed improvements.
• Actions all HRIS Service Desk Tickets according to the IT service level agreement and advises on noticeable trends to recommend HRIS improvements where required.
• Acts as a point of contact for all HRIS issues; providing timely communication and solutions to users, escalating to the vendor support team as necessary.
• Keeps abreast of HRIS updates and future releases of HRIS software and communicates summaries of updates to the Group HR team.
• Manages and coordinates core HR processes (ie; on boarding, change of employment conditions, off boarding etc.)
• Develops expertise in the reporting functions of each HRIS and administers reporting required by the Group HR team. Mitigates limitations in HRIS reporting functionality and provides reporting tailored to the need of the Group HR team.
• Generates and maintains an efficiency calendar to ensure the ongoing currency of all HRIS and People function collateral through regular review
The ideal person should have/be:
• At least 5 years' experience in Human Resources particularly in Administration, Reports and Analytics in a BPO setting
• Significant experience using HRIS, SharePoint, Document Management Systems, Data sourcing and Generating tools is required
• Experience in eProcurement and COINS is an advantage
• Ability to interact, communicate effectively and be part of an offshore team
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comply with data integrity and security policies
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word with advanced administrative skills
