Social Media Customer Outreach Assistant

We have a growing brand on both Instagram and Facebook for natural plant based products and need help with responding to inquiries for products! Here’s what we are looking for our Social Media Customer Outreach Assistant to do:

•Responding to the comments for some of our natural hair pages
•Sending DM’s to followers who have expressed interest in our services
•Helping potential customers through the ordering process (pre-written script)
•Tracking contacts & following up with potential clients
•Messaging my Facebook friends from my Facebook about any current giveaways we have
•Sending Facebook messages through my Facebook to potential clients interested in products
•Following Up with Interested clients via my Facebook messenger
•Helping boost our Instagram engagement by engaging with our followers and potential followers

We are looking for someone with amazing English writing skills for this position and amazing customer service skills - we get a LOT of inquiries and need someone to help us! Prior Social Media Virtual Assistant work is a plus.
